Return & Refund Policy
Replacement Warranty All products come with a 15-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you are eligible for a replacement within this period.
Complaint Window All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Refund Conditions Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned product upon inspection. Please note the following:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any applicable taxes will also be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
